• A "qualified lead" is defined as an individual who responds to campaigns with genuine interest and provides valid contact information
• Lead qualification is determined by our internal assessment criteria
• Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date

6. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, and proprietary AI implementations developed by Twilightfield remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing. Clients receive usage rights for implemented solutions but not ownership of underlying methodologies.

7. Confidentiality

Twilightfield maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, business processes, and data. We implement appropriate security measures to protect client information and will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Twilightfield's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our AI consulting services are provided "as is" without warranties of specific outcomes or results.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, clients remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Confidentiality obligations survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Midland County, Texas.
